This new development offers modern apartments with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, located just 250 metres from the beach in Torrox Costa. The apartments have open-plan living areas and large terraces, with a private garden, balcony or roof terrace depending on the floor. A garage space and a storage room are included in the price, and every floor connects to the basement garage by lift.
The complex is fully enclosed and gated, with a large communal outdoor pool surrounded by green areas and landscaped gardens. The interior roads are paved, and low-consumption lighting with motion detectors covers the accesses, roads and lobbies. A video intercom controls entry at the complex and building entrances. The basement garage has forced ventilation, carbon-monoxide detection, fire protection and emergency lighting.
Each apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with base and wall units, a Silestone or similar worktop, and quality appliances including an oven, induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The floors are porcelain stoneware, with anti-slip stoneware on the terraces. The windows are aluminium with a thermal break and double glazing, and the bedrooms and living rooms have blinds. The bathrooms have white sanitary ware, resin shower trays, chrome taps and shower screens.
The apartments use an aerothermal system for hot water and a heat-pump system for heating and cooling through ducts, with zone control. Each apartment has individual mechanical ventilation for good air quality and low energy use. The façades and party walls have thermal and acoustic insulation, and the windows use a thermal break with double glazing. The garage spaces are prepared for electric-car charging points.
The development sits in Torrox Costa on the Costa del Sol, 250 metres from the beach and the seafront promenade with its restaurants and cafés. A food store, hardware store, garden centre, pharmacy and other shops are within walking distance. A new bus station and easy access to the motorway make it simple to reach the rest of the coast. Málaga airport is about 45 minutes away by car, and Nerja is around 15 minutes.
