Domestic hot water is produced by a shared high-efficiency aerothermal heat pump, and the façades include an air cavity with thermal insulation. Windows combine double glazing with a thermal break for year-round comfort. Communal lighting runs on motion sensors zoned by area and floor to reduce energy use.

The apartments sit in the Selwo area of Estepona, an elevated residential district on the western Costa del Sol, close to the beach. The nearest beaches are only a few minutes away by car, Estepona town centre is around 10 minutes, and Marbella about 20 minutes. Málaga Airport is roughly 50 minutes and Gibraltar Airport around 40 minutes. Several golf courses are nearby, including Resin Golf, El Paraíso and Valle Romano, with international schools, supermarkets and restaurants along Avenida Parque Selwo.
