This development has 40 semi-detached townhouses, each with three bedrooms, in a low-density community in western Estepona. The ground floor has an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The townhouses sit frontline to Estepona Golf in western Estepona, about 1.5 km from the beach. Shops, restaurants, health centres and schools are within a 10-minute drive. Puerto Banús is around 25 minutes away, Marbella and Gibraltar around 30 to 40 minutes, and Málaga airport around 50 to 55 minutes by road.
