This new development has 16 apartments with 2 or 3 bedrooms. Apartments are built to energy-efficient criteria with carefully selected sustainable materials. Toilets have dual-flush systems and taps include water-saving aerators. The complex uses LED and low-consumption lighting with motion detectors. An irrigation system supplies water to the landscaped garden areas.
The development sits in Golf Río Real, one of Marbella's most exclusive residential areas, surrounded by nature and golf courses. Marbella centre and Los Monteros beach are both a few minutes away by car. The Río Real golf course is right next to the development, and it also borders the future Four Seasons Marbella Resort. Gourmet restaurants, boutiques and beach clubs are nearby.
