Each apartment includes a parking space and a storage room, plus a large terrace or a private garden. The layouts are open and well balanced, with orientations that give pleasant views. Buyers can choose from a range of customisation options. Completion is set for December 2028.

The complex offers shared areas for residents including a community swimming pool, a fitness space and a social room, along with landscaped gardens. A cardio-protected zone with an external defibrillator is installed for emergencies. Lifts with automatic doors serve the entrances and are suitable for people with reduced mobility. Surface parking has an automatic gate operated by remote control, with a pre-installation for electric vehicle charging.

Each apartment has SPC vinyl flooring in the living areas and bedrooms, with ceramic tiles in the bathrooms and on the terraces. The exterior carpentry is aluminium or PVC with double glazing that cuts noise and heat transfer. The armoured entrance door has a security lock, and the bedrooms include fitted wardrobes. Kitchens are delivered unfurnished, and air conditioning for heating and cooling is pre-installed. Each apartment also has a video intercom.

The apartments have an Energy Rating A, which lowers CO2 emissions and energy demand. This comes from strong thermal insulation in the facade and roof, and from carpentry with a thermal break. Hot water is produced using renewable energy. Mechanical ventilation extracts air from the bathrooms and kitchen and brings fresh air through the bedrooms and living rooms. The rating gives an estimated 90% energy saving compared with a Rating F apartment.

The apartments sit within a golf course in Vélez-Málaga, a coastal town in Málaga province. The A-7 motorway gives a fast link along the coast, with both Málaga city and Málaga International Airport under 30 minutes away. La Caleta de Vélez is 500 metres away and has schools, health centres, pharmacies, sports facilities and supermarkets. Shopping and leisure centres lie within a few kilometres, and the beach is less than 2 km away.
