Climate control runs on aerothermal heat pumps with underfloor heating, ducted air conditioning, and a double-flow heat recovery ventilation system, all managed through KNX home automation. Photovoltaic panels on the roof power the common areas, and swimming pools use saltwater chlorination. An electronic water softener and EV charging points are also included.
The building sits in Estepona on the Costa del Sol, close to the marina and beach. Marbella is 20 minutes away by car, Sotogrande 25 minutes, and Gibraltar 30 minutes. Ronda is reachable in 40 minutes, and Málaga airport in 50 minutes. The surrounding area offers golf courses, horseback riding, coastal walking trails, and boat outings, with the historic centre of Estepona nearby.
