This development is a boutique gated community of just 35 apartments on the Costa del Sol. It offers 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments, plus an exclusive penthouse. Each apartment features an open-plan layout with sea-facing terraces. The complex includes underground parking, a storage room and lift access to all floors.

Residents have access to an infinity pool with a sun deck, an indoor gym and a sauna in the basement level. The complex is fully gated with a pedestrian entrance and a motorized vehicle gate. Landscaped gardens surround the building, and electric car charging is available on site. Communal areas are lit throughout.

Each apartment has large-format porcelain stoneware flooring with non-slip porcelain in all bathrooms. Bathrooms are finished with porcelain tile walls and fitted with white sanitary ware and chrome mixer taps. Kitchens come fully equipped. Built-in wardrobes include self-closing drawers, shoe shelves and hanging rails. Interior doors are white lacquered with concealed hinges. Entrance doors have a multi-point security lock. Windows are double-glazed lacquered aluminium with thermal bridge break for sound and heat insulation. The complex is pre-wired for fibre optic, satellite TV and has an intercom system at the entrance.

The development uses an aerothermal system for both hot water production and air conditioning. Walls are built with solid clay brick backed by sprayed polyurethane insulation. Flat roofs have thermal and acoustic insulation with waterproof layering. All interior floors are acoustically insulated, and horizontal pipe sections are soundproofed. Basement walls are waterproofed reinforced concrete.

The apartments sit in Torreblanca del Sol, between Fuengirola and Benalmádena on the Costa del Sol. The beach, shops and a promenade are all close by. Fuengirola centre and the fishing village of Los Boliches are a short drive away. Málaga Airport is 19 minutes (20 km) and Málaga city centre is 28 minutes away. Marbella is reachable in 36 minutes, and La Cala de Mijas in 15 minutes.
