This is a development of 30 contemporary villas located in Valle Romano, Estepona. The villas are divided into three types: Arpeggio, Vibrato, and Legato, with 3 or 4 bedrooms. Each villa is placed on an individual plot with a private landscaped garden, motorized entrance gate, and its own private swimming pool. Select villas also include semi-basements for leisure or fitness use.
Each villa includes private outdoor and covered terraces, underfloor heating, private storage, laundry room, and parking for two vehicles. There is also pre-installation for electric vehicle charging, video intercom, and optional outdoor kitchens with gas barbecue. Selected units include a gazebo and indoor patio for enhanced outdoor living.
All villas have high ceilings, open-plan living spaces, porcelain stoneware flooring, and double-glazed windows. Kitchens are fully equipped with SIEMENS appliances, including oven, induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Bathrooms include wall-hung toilets, walk-in showers, and TRES brand fittings. Bedrooms feature built-in wardrobes with white lacquered doors.
The villas use aerothermal systems for hot water and air conditioning, drawing 75% of energy from the air. They meet Spanish Technical Building Code (CTE) standards with a B energy rating. Villas include photovoltaic solar panels, thermal insulation, and solar-protected acoustic glazing to improve energy efficiency.
Situated in Valle Romano, Estepona, the villas offer golf and sea views. Beaches and Estepona town are just 5–10 minutes away. The development is 15 minutes from Puerto Banús, 30 minutes from Marbella, and 50 minutes from Málaga Airport. Supermarkets, golf courses, and the marina are all within short driving distances.
