“I warmly recommend Lucka and Radek from LuckySol! The search was quick and efficient, and thanks to them we found the house of our dreams. They acted professionally the whole time, communication was excellent and we always knew exactly where we stood. What surprised me most was that they supported us even after the purchase, which is definitely not a given in the property market. You can see they truly care about their work. Thank you so much for everything!”

“At Lucky Sol, complete professionalism comes together with empathy and a personal approach. Lucie and Radek gave us an all-round service, recommendations and a choice of properties in the areas we wanted, just as we had imagined. Our cooperation ended with the purchase of an apartment, for which all the legal services were arranged, along with a detailed introduction to the rights and obligations of a property owner in Spain and an approach that went far beyond an agent’s duties. I recommend this company without hesitation.”

“We have a great experience with Lucie and Radek Špreňar from Lucky Sol Real Estate and owe them a lot for helping us choose a property on the Costa del Sol for our second home. Lucie called us just 2 hours after we sent the enquiry form. She had thoughtful questions ready to pin down exactly what we needed and expected. Within 3 days we received an email with 7 properties ‘tailor-made’ for us. In Estepona they welcomed us warmly and showed us the properties, often together with the developer’s representatives. They devoted 3 intensive days to us. They also introduced us to a local lawyer. Just before our flight home, our choice was clear. Looking back, we realise how much easier they made it for us and how much time, money (and a few nerves) they saved us. We can highly, highly recommend Lucky Sol Real Estate, personified by Lucie and Radek. True professionals, and helpful and friendly on top of that. Thank you!”

“After the first phone call we had an online meeting the very same day to clarify what we wanted. Thanks to the tailor-made service, after just three days in Estepona we left with a reservation for an apartment. Today Lucky Sol takes complete care of running and managing our apartment. Everything works 100%. In Estepona we found not only our second home, but also wonderful new friends in the Špreňar family.”

“We arranged meetings with several estate agencies in Marbella and Estepona. We chose Luckysol because Lucka and her whole family felt closest to us. Lucie and Radek don’t just know their business, they are capable of deep empathy for their clients’ needs. They aren’t afraid to talk us out of some of the ideas we occasionally came up with, which turned out to be very helpful. The great thing is that the cooperation doesn’t end when the deal is closed.”

“We bought our apartments through Lucka and Radek and have been completely satisfied from the very beginning. You can tell they really care about the client’s satisfaction and not just about the sale itself. The best proof is that our cooperation didn’t end with the purchase. We carry on and also use Lucky Sol for renting. Lucka and Radek, thank you!”

“From my first phone call with Lucie I sensed I was in the hands of a professional. When signing the contract and dealing with the formalities, I always had one hundred percent support; everything was explained to me in detail and done right away. I also recommend Lucky Sol because they don’t sell just to sell quickly, but take the time to understand the client’s feelings and wishes. In time you feel that you have actually become friends.”

“Great work. A huge help throughout the whole purchase!”
